A review of the Canon new FD 28mm f/2.8 wide-angle lens for Canon 35mm SLR film cameras. Paired with a Canon AV-1, I try the FD 28mm f/2.8 for street photography with two rolls of film, the Kodak TMAX 100 and Kodak Ektar 100.. 9.0. Build. 10.0. 9.3. sharp, bokeh, small and light-weight, fast focus due IF! fringing. Rear focusing group makes focusing more than comfortable. That is what I love on this lens but then here is CA which could be really annoying. If you shoot mostly bw film like me then you could live with that.
