Remove the pork belly from the skillet and set it aside. Remove excess fat with a paper towel. 3. In the same skillet or wok, add the olive oil and heat it over medium heat. 4.. Step 1: Slice & Cook Your Pork Belly. Slice your pork belly into small strips, around half an inch wide. Place your belly pork into a bowl and add in your garlic granules, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Give everything a good toss and then add it into your air fryer drawer. Air fry at 160C for 10 minutes.
